Dr. Moores is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) focusing on the treatment of injury to a muscle, ligament, tendon, and bone.  She is also an expert in spine health and is trained in the McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT). This is a well-researched, patient-based approach to eliminating spine pain and restoring movement. This method is something Dr. Moores not only believes in because of its simplicity and effectiveness, but it was also the technique she used to treat herself after a debilitating back injury.

Using a patient-centered treatment style offering one-on-one attention and treatment, Dr. Moores implements a variety of hands-on techniques and activities to promote healing and improve movement function, patterns and control.
